Is there a minimum membership length?

Team membership is billed annually with a two year commitment, the membership then renews annually.

What do I get with my membership?

Included in the membership is access to the Catapult One coach's dashboard and pods, vests, and charging clips for all of the players you purchased for.

What does Catapult One Team measure?

Catapult One Team measures your athletes' performance across key metrics such as Player Load, distance, top speed, work ratio, energy, impacts and more.

What is the difference between Catapult One and Catapult One Team?

Catapult One is aimed at individuals who want to develop and improve their performance, benefitting from our targeted training exercises and goals. Catapult One Team allows a coach to monitor and analyse their players performance through our intuitive dashboard.

Is there an option to pay monthly rather than annually?

At this time, billing for teams is processed annually.

I don't want a membership, can I just buy it?

Catapult One is a membership only service, and cannot be purchased upfront.

Does the subscription automatically renew or do I need to contact someone to renew this?

Your Catapult One membership will auto renew each year on the original payment method you provided. You will be able to manage your subscription through our portal once you have purchased and registered.

What happens if we miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, we'll get in contact with you to update your payment details to make sure the membership payment can be taken. If we don't receive a payment from you, your membership will lapse and you will lose access to your Catapult One account.

Can the player get their own subscription?

For our Catapult One Team solution, the Catapult One Pods need to be purchased through the team to ensure they are assigned to the correct account so that they sync with the Coach dashboard.

How can I purchase Catapult One Team?

What are the payment methods?

Are there discounts available depending on how many pods we get?
